Een paper voor het vak Cross Cultural Communications. Het betreft een uiteenzetting van de risico's en kansen die een organisatie loopt (hier het Canadese MEC) als wordt gekeken naar een uitbreiding in een land met andere cultuur, incl. onderbouwing. De culturen van beide landen (Canada en Oostenrijk) worden vergeleken door middel van o.a. corporate culture, succesfactoren en potentiële problemen te beschouwen.

A paper for the course Cross Cultural Communications. An assesment of the risks and chances an organisation undergoes in a time of possible business expansion to a country with a different culture. The culture of both countries in question (Canada and Austria) are compared by assessing amongst others: corporate culture, succes factors and potential risks. Including executive summary and recommendations.
