2. what is the model sentence you will elicit to begin
your presentation?
i will begin eliciting by asking about the experiences of the students wherein they had to make a
choice.
e.g., has any of you experience making a choice? for example, you are about to go to school, you say
“if the weather is cloudy, i will bring an umbrella.”
then, using the students’ responses, i will elicit the affirmative response- if the weather is sunny, we
will play soccer- which will be the model sentence.
